By booking with BSKM Brindhavanam Sri Krishna Maligaa, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
- Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Final payment must be cleared before the event date.
- Booking dates are non-transferable, unless agreed upon by management.
2. Facility Usage
- The premises must be used for lawful activities only.
- Cleanliness must be maintained by the guests during and after the event.
- Any damage to property will be charged to the booking party.
3. Timings
- Event timings must be followed strictly as agreed.
- Extra usage beyond the booked slot will incur additional charges.
4. Decorations & Arrangements
- Outside decorators and vendors are allowed only with prior approval.
- Use of firecrackers or hazardous materials inside the hall is strictly prohibited.
5. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if:
- False information is provided
- The purpose of the event is inappropriate or illegal
