At BSKM Brindhavanam Sri Krishna Maligaa, we understand that event planning may sometimes change due to unforeseen circumstances. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:
1. Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation must be done at least 10 days before the event date for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the booking date will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
- A cancellation fee of ₹500 or 10% of booking amount (whichever is higher) may be deducted from the total refund.
3. No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations
- No refunds will be provided in case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than 48 hours before the event).
